Mkultra is way to powerful and destructive in it of itself, let alone have some novice try to pretend they understand it and wield it for a temporary monetary gain. Even the CIA stopped using these behavior modification tactics due to the severe and often lasting adverse affects it has on its subjects. Even modern licensed hypnotherapists will not use all the methods of Mkultra for said reasons… but I will… then again I am hell bent on totally destroying and creating a legion of mind fucked losers! A novice doesn’t understand the proper methods, therefore not giving desired results but, someone who has studied for years like I CAN! haha!
